Diane Roberts has spent her entire career in international Sales and Marketing roles, and brings over 15 years rich industry experience, selling in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. She has recently returned to Ireland from Silicon Valley, where she was the West Coast Director and the Manager of Enterprise Ireland's US Software and Services team. Mark Roberts, Partner
Mark has over 15 years experience working in the international computer service businesses, 10 of those years with Fujitsu working in European sales and service delivery management. During his time in the US he worked with a number of European early stage companies assisting them on market entry and validation exercises. Liz Fleming, Programme Manager
Liz started out as a business development professional and has strong industry experience in international sales and partnering in a variety of sectors including Travel Software and Services, Clean Tech and Financial Services. More recently Liz has been working strategically with early stage high tech start ups in Telecommunications, and Enterprise & Web 2.0 to secure investment. Richella Cottrell, Client Executive
Richella has over 6 years experience in the oil industry where she was initially involved in refining operations before moving into a role where she was responsible for emissions accounting and auditing. Recently she has worked with a start-up in the renewable energy sector assisting in the product development and performance testing. Richella holds a first class honours MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wales.

Michelle Carroll, Associate
A marketing evangelist who 'cut her teeth' transforming the marketing efforts of international trade giants, Michele Carroll is a leading USA market entry advisor. Based in the Bay Area California, and from entrepreneurial family roots through start-up, turn-around and high growth success (and failure!), Michele brings practical experience to clients facing the challenges of growth and change. We’ve been working with Michelle for over 5 years, particulalry in direct marketing campaigns and telephone based market research in the US for Irish based companies . Chris Kurjan, Associate
As an innovation consultant, Chris Kurjan has lived and breathed product, service, and experience design for 16 years, most of that with the international firm IDEO. Her solid project management and engineering experience there and with Apple (California), Sulzer (Switzerland), and General Dynamics (Texas) means she's used to making concepts real, bringing ideas to production.
