Diane Roberts
Diane Roberts has spent her entire career in international Sales and Marketing roles, and brings over 15 years rich industry experience, selling in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. From 2002 – 2007, Diane lived and worked in Silicon Valley, where she was the West Coast Director and the Manager of Enterprise Ireland’s US Software and Services team. During this time she developed a strong network of contacts and an up close understanding of the some of the world’s leading technology companies, and in particular, the approach of the world’s largest venture capital community. From 2009-2012 Diane was the National Director for HBAN, Ireland’s angel investment network establishing syndicates in Dublin & Cork. Mark Roberts
Mark has over 15 years experience working in the international computer services sector, with 10 of those years with Fujitsu, working in sales and operational delivery of business support, professional and consultancy services.  During his time in the USA he worked with a number of European early stage companies assisting them on market entry and validation exercises.  He was Director of Business Development with Connexed Technologies, a Palo Alto based start-up.  Mark holds a BA in Business Studies and an MBA from the University of Liverpool.  mark@xcellpartners.com

Eva Kelleher
Eva Kelleher has strong International Sales and Business Development experience having worked for five years in trade development in France. Before joining Xcell Partners in July 2011, Eva worked in UK Trade and Investment’s international network as a Trade consultant where she provided chargeable consultative business development services and strategic support to UK clients in the French market with a focus on manufacturing and ‘Green tech’ industries. She also has experience working with key Irish exporters wishing to enter foreign export markets within Enterprise Ireland’s International sales and partnering team where she worked as a Market adviser based from the Paris office for two years. Eva has worked on a one to one basis with a multitude of companies from first time exporters to assisting existing exporters strengthen their foothold in the overseas markets. evakelleher@xcellpartners.com

Richella Cottrell
Richella brings over 6 years experience in the petro-chemical industry where she was responsible for emissions accounting and auditing in a major oil refinery operation.  She recently worked with a start-up company in the renewable energy sector, assisting in product development and performance testing. Richella holds a first class honours MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wales. richella@xcellpartners.com

Eva Keenan
Eva plays a central role with Xcell Partners as a Programme Manager and Consultant, working closely with start-ups and established companies.  Eva began her career working with one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies in a Customer Services role, whilst completing a HND in Business and Finance.  Eva then progressed to working in the Recruitment Sector as Office Manager, completing a BSc Hons Business Studies. With a strong interest to work in business development, Eva then joined Xcell Partners in 2009, carrying out the central role of programme and administration management to a number of our clients.  In addition, Eva holds an Advanced Diploma in Management from the University of Ulster. eva@xcellpartners.com

Louise Campbell
Louise started her career as an accounting technician whilst working towards her ACCA qualification.  On gaining membership of the Association Chartered Certified Accountants Louise moved position to that of Company Accountant in one of the leading print and radio media players in Ireland, overseeing the accountancy function for several local and regional publications.  Louise worked in this post for several years and grew her financial and management skills to take on a broader responsibility, encompassing operations and HR. After seeking new challenges, Louise joined the team at Xcell Partners, where she acts as both Company Accountant and as Senior Finance Consultant.  As a consultant, Louise mentors start-up companies, working directly with entrepreneurs on financial modelling and cash flow forecasting.  She works on a one to one basis with many companies, providing help and advice in the area of financial management. louise@xcellpartners.com
