Diane Roberts - Founder & Partner
Diane Roberts has spent her entire career in international Sales and Marketing roles, and brings over 15 years rich industry experience, selling in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. She has recently returned to Ireland from Silicon Valley, where she was the West Coast Director and the Manager of Enterprise Ireland's US Software and Services team. During this time she developed a strong network of contacts and an up close understanding of the some of the worlds leading technology companies, and in particular, the approach of the worlds largest venture capital community.

Gareth Coen - Partner
Gareth started his career as an investment professional, serving as a UK Equity specialist at Merrill Lynch in London and Dublin. In recent years he has been heavily involved in the establishment and management of several internet centric start-ups both in Silicon Valley and in Ireland, including products such as on-demand software and interactive advertising. His experience and knowledge of a wide range of technology sectors coupled with insight of the potential investment options for start-ups, provides Gareth with an excellent foundation to help early stage companies.

Damien Eastwood
With over 30 years working at board level in the technology sector Damien brings a wealth of entrepreneurial acumen, commercial management and investment experience to the xCell team.
Damien carries out a number of advisory, financial and executive roles with technology companies including a central role within the Shaheen Technology INC. Prior to its acquisition by Sanmina Corporation, Damien held the position of EVP Business Development for Telo Electronics responsible for all M&A activity and global partnerships. He has held C and VP level positions in the semiconductor, component manufacture, medical device and consumer electronics business.
Damien holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, BA in Accounting from California State University San Jose and also attended the School of Engineering at Queen's University in Belfast, Ireland.
