We research your market, your technology and your company, looking for the key drivers and identifying your current growth inhibitors.
- PARTNERSHIP - We act in true partnership, not just as a consultancy or a service provider. We are equal partners with a select group of companies with extraordinary potential. We set out to build a relationship in which we share risk and reward.
- STRATEGIZE - Based on what we learn, we develop a "no-limits" strategy to succeed in the US including market entry, recruitment, sales, marketing and financing. Strategies are not prescribed or imposed by our team - they are a result of a team effort, of open and frank dialogue.
- POSITION - We then work proactively to position our client company for maximum effectiveness - helping you to establish the right team, investors, message and market profile. Getting the right messages to your chosen marketplace.
- EXECUTE - We take the lead in initial execution of the strategy, leveraging our network, partners and board to gain market traction. We provide a wide service portfolio of either ongoing or one-off deliverables though our in-house team of specialists or from trusted and proven associates.
- MANAGE - Our relationships are fixed on the future. We provide on-going assistance, as needed, to fine-tune the strategy, develop new market opportunities or support the US team. As technology, markets and general economic conditions change we are there to help our clients.

Investment criteria
Due to the sheer number of potential opportunities, we have a strict criteria for our investments:
- Seed and early stage companies with big ideas that can scale outside of the domestic market.
- Underlying offering should be disruptive rather than incremental improvements on existing products.
- US market to provide >50% of customers.
- Teams looking for more than just investment capital. xCell is looking for companies that can take advantage of the experience and domain expertise of our Angel network, not just their checkbooks.
