Our underlying service methodology follows a six stage approach:

• UNDERSTAND - xCell Partners applies a prudent approach to due diligence in order to understand the risks and the opportunity. We evaluate your market, business model, team, investors and your ambitions. We research your market, your technology and your company, looking for the key drivers and identifying your current growth inhibitors.
• PARTNERSHIP - We act in true partnership, not just as a consultancy or a service provider. We are equal partners with a select group of companies with extraordinary potential. We set out to build a relationship in which we share risk and reward.
• STRATEGIZE - Based on what we learn, we develop a “no-limits” strategy to succeed in the US including market entry, recruitment, sales, marketing and financing. Strategies are not prescribed or imposed by our team - they are a result of a team effort, of open and frank dialogue.

Our Team

Diane Roberts – Founder & Partner

Diane Roberts has spent her entire career in international Sales and Marketing roles, and brings over 15 years rich industry experience, selling in the UK, USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. She has recently returned to Ireland from Silicon Valley, where she was the West Coast Director and the Manager of Enterprise Ireland’s US Software and Services team. During this time she developed a strong network of contacts and an up close understanding of the some of the worlds leading technology companies, and in particular, the approach of the worlds largest venture capital community.

Gareth Coen - Partner

Gareth started his career as an investment professional, serving as a UK Equity specialist at Merrill Lynch in London and Dublin. In recent years he has been heavily involved in the establishment and management of several internet centric start-ups both in Silicon Valley and in Ireland, including products such as on-demand software and interactive advertising. His experience and knowledge of a wide range of technology sectors coupled with insight of the potential investment options for start-ups, provides Gareth with an excellent foundation to help early stage companies.
